How Utah ranks at protecting religious liberty  

Religious protection varied from state to state; some states are more proactive than others in protecting those freedoms. Where does Utah land? According to a new report, Utah placed ninth. This report takes into account factors ranging from absentee voting accommodations to anti-discrimination laws in insurance.
