How Utah Plans to Tackle Unsolved Violent Crimes

Utah lawmakers are introducing bipartisan legislation designed to help chip away at the backlog of unsolved violent crimes. The legislation would introduce a grant program to bring in more resources to help solve these cold cases.  Dave Cawley, Host of KSL's Cold Podcast, shares his perspective and Representative Tyler Clancy, one of the sponsors of the legislation, shares details of the proposal.
