Study after study shows that when women are more involved in making decisions, communities prosper. Whether it's in government or business, or anything else -- the data's there. So how can we better strengthen and promote women here in Utah? The Women's Leadership Institute of Utah recently changed its name to Sego Leadership, and this is the exact kind of thing they hope to address.
