How families can disconnect to reconnect 

A new study has found increased screen time is linked to aggression, anxiety and low self- esteem in kids, according to ABC. In addition to this new study, Governor Cox declared June 9-15 as Family Connection Week, which is encourages families to unplug from devices and focus on quality time that is face to face. Greg and Holly discuss these findings and speak with Kristin Andrus as she shares how her family has made an effort to connect more in person during Family Connection Week and how others can do the same.
