Helmet laws change for e-mobility devices -- are you prepared?

Hundreds of thousands of kids are back in the classroom right now, and many of them are probably using things like bikes or scooters to get to school. Now you may have missed this, but a new helmet law went into effect in May, and this is the first school year with the changes. Law enforcement and state safety officials say now's the time to remind people of the changes. So what do you need to know to make sure your kids and grandkids get to and from school safely... and legally?
