It's not a great outlook for the Great Salt Lake, even with an increase in water conservation from everyday Utahns. The lake is approaching one of its lowest levels in recorded history. Water managers say things could have been a whole lot worse this year, but that doesn't mean the worst couldn't happen next year. KSL NewsRadio's Adam Small has been digging into plans from state leaders to help the lake just in case we have another severely lackluster winter.
