Episode Description

Leaders in Salt Lake City say the ongoing drought means non-residential centers in the city should be required to cut down on their water usage. A few of the city council members say it's a good idea, but that it needs to go further. The hope is that the city can use less water overall, allowing more of it to flow into the struggling Great Salt Lake. At the same time, managers of the lake say conservation efforts are paying off even though the lake sits at its lowest levels in three years. Greg and Holly share updates on efforts to heal the Great Salt Lake.
