Group claims that UDOT can easily end contract with Flock camera group

Is there a workaround for UDOT to cancel a contract with the automated license plate reader cameras from the Flock Group? One non-profit says absolutely -- and it's all because of public pushback. UDOT says they're reviewing the contract right now but also says most of the Flock cameras in the state aren't operated by them -- that most are used by local police agencies.
