Two vacancies on the Utah Supreme Court may soon be filled, after Governor Spencer Cox announced his picks to replace Justice Diana Hagen and Chief Justice Matthew Durrant, both of whom have or are in the process of resigning. Today, the Governor announced that he will nominate Judge Matthew Bell and Michael Menssen. The two will now go through the Senate confirmation process. KSL Legal Analyst Greg Skordas talks more about who these men are and what they may bring to the bench.
