"Let us have this tool." That's what Utah law enforcement officers told state lawmakers about the automatic license plate reader cameras commonly known as Flock cameras. During this week's legislative interim session, lawmakers expressed skepticism about the cameras and the data they collect. But law enforcement officers who testified on Utah's Capitol Hill say the cameras are important for conducting investigations and solving crimes.
