DOJ formally cancels anti-weaponization fun, also drops charges for alleged reflecting pool vandals

Some interesting developments took place this weekend in the U.S. Department of Justice. Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche formally ended the anti-weaponization fund that had been pushed by President Trump. Now, the two Republican Senators who wouldn't support his confirmation say they'll vote to advance him out of committee. At the same time, the President is voicing a lot of anger and frustration at the U.S. Attorney for Washington, D.C., who dropped all felony charges against an Olympian athlete accused of vandalizing the recently revamped reflecting pool.
