Defense team for Tyler Robinson says he shouldn't face "aggravated" murder charges

A bit of developing news this morning -- the defense team representing Tyler Robinson argues that the prosecution should not be able to push for aggravated murder charges. In a new motion just filed, the defense says there were no aggravating factors in the shooting of Charlie Kirk and that their client shouldn't stand trial for aggravated murder and six other charges. KSL Legal Analyst Greg Skordas shares his perspective and continued frustration with the timeline on the case thus far.
