Death of 5 in Cache County from CO2 poisoning renews discussions on proper carbon monoxide safety

Five people -- including four children -- died from carbon monoxide poisoning in Cache County. Investigators are working to determine the cause but do say that a car was left running in a garage. We don't know all the specifics of that situation and don't want to hypothesize right now. But the news is spurring more conversations about carbon monoxide and the dangers it poses.
