Dad and son touring Utah through Mexican food

A dad and son from southern Utah are eating their way through every county in the state… on a Mexican food road trip. 12-year-old Carson Palma and his dad Jake are from Monticello, and say their limited choices in Mexican food there led them to this idea. Now, they're visiting each one of Utah's 29 counties with a singular goal in mind: eat Mexican food in each county.
