Court Blocks Trump's Homelessness Plan -- What It Means For Utah

A federal judge is blocking an order from the president...that provided money to states like Utah to provide some homeless services.  There are now questions circulating if this could jeopardize funding for Utah's new centralized homeless campus in Salt Lake City.
