Bryan Kohberger granted new hearing as he works to cancel his guilty plea

The man who pleaded guilty to four murders near the University of Idaho has been trying to go back on his plea. Now, he may get the chance. We're learning that Bryan Kohberger will get a new hearing to see about reneging on his guilty plea. But the hearing isn't scheduled until June 2027. Again, we ask our legal analyst the question: why is everything being scheduled so far out?
