People can bet on just about anything nowadays. But wildfires? That's a new one... and it's quickly burning out of control. We're talking about prediction markets -- the very things the Utah legislature has been trying to rein in over the last few years. But this isn't just a legal question; it's a moral question. Is it okay to bet on new and ongoing wildfires? And could that lead some people to start fires... just to make a buck?
