Beaver County Commission declares local state of emergency over flooding

Residents living near the Beaver River woke up to new flash flood warnings this morning, just a few days after devastating floods swept through the area. Mud and debris continue to make their way down from the Cottonwood Fire burn scar, prompting county officials to declare a local state of emergency. We hear the commissioners make the declaration, and Greg and Holly discuss the continued threat of floods and the way the community's already trying to rebuild.
