Primary election ballots are hitting mailboxes around the state -- many have already gotten them, in fact. But in Tooele County, thousands of voters got the wrong ballot. The county clerk says the printer made a mistake, resulting in roughly 9,000 voters getting primary ballots for the wrong party.
