Back-to-School: DEA issues fentanyl warning for parents

A new school year generally comes with a slew of warnings for parents -- things you need to be aware of as your kids leave the house. One warning out for this new year deals with fentanyl. Officials with the Drug Enforcement Administration say if your kid has access to a cell phone, they have access to a drug dealer. Yikes!
