Doug Lovell, the man convicted and sentenced to death twice for the 1985 killing of Joyce Yost, was back in court today. Both of his previous sentences were overturned, but prosecutors are trying again. This time, they want to use artificial intelligence to clone Yost's voice, which would be based on recordings of her talking to police. In this edition of "Ask the Attorney," Holly asks KSL Legal Analyst Greg Skordas to explain what's prevented the death sentences from sticking in the past, plus what might make this time around different.
The all-new Inside Sources. Hosted by Greg Skordas and Dr. Holly Richardson, two well-known voices in Utah’s legal and political circles.
