Episode Description

A family in Colorado is facing $300,000 in medical debt, more than two years after a K-9 officer living next door climbed the fence and attacked a two-year-old girl and her father. Recently, the K-9 handler was found 'not guilty' in the incident because he has immunity as a member of law enforcement doing his official duties -- in this case, he was cleaning the K-9 officer's cage. In this edition of "Ask the Attorney," Holly consults KSL Legal Analyst Greg Skordas on this immunity claim and why the family is having such a hard time finding a lawyer to take their case.
