Ask the Attorney: Former postal worker indictment for trashing Utah mail-in ballots

Around the time of the midterm elections back in June, we got word of a few hundred missing ballots in Utah County. That led the county clerk, Aaron Davidson, to start an investigation, trying to find out what happened to those mail-in ballots. Now, we have more information and a possible reason. Yesterday, the Department of Justice indicted a former postal worker, saying he threw away more than 300 mail-in ballots in Eagle Mountain.
