A lawsuit from several authors against the state of Utah will be allowed to move forward after all. This week, a federal judge said the authors have standing to sue the state over the book ban law that recently went into effect. The state had tried to get the lawsuit dismissed, basically saying that there's no constitutional right to have certain books in public libraries. In this edition of Ask the Attorney, KSL Legal Analyst Greg Skordas explains the lawsuit and what the judge had to say about it.
