Artificial colors "dye"-ing out

The Secretary of Health, Robert F. Kennedy, has championed a campaign against artificial dyes in food claiming that they cause unknown health issues to those who consume it. In a recent move, over ninety percent of ice cream manufacturers have agreed to eliminate artificial colors from their products along with many other companies jumping on board against artificial dyes. Lois Collins with the Deseret News, discusses her article about this change and what other adjustments are being made by companies for their food.
