Weber County Clerk on changing parties in Utah

By state law, people who want to switch their political affiliation to participate in the Utah Republican presidential caucus this year have only until 5 p.m. on January 9th to do so. Weber County Clerk Ricky Hatch joins us with more of the specifics.
