Utah's law to limit children's use of social media may be different that proposed

The state law to limit children's use on social social media.. might look a little different than what lawmakers first proposed.  

Senator Mike McKell now says minors will be able to have an account without parental consent, but these companies will not be able to use their information to push certain algorithms.
