Utah lawmakers want to offer a $6 thousand stipend to new teachers

A bill heading to the Utah House on Friday aims to entice future teachers to enter the field, andstick with it. If passed, educators could apply for a $6 thousandstipend during their first full-time semester student teaching.  One of the sponsors, Rep. Karen Peterson, joined us with her insight.
