Utah Senators have made significant changes to a bill that would dictate gender and bathroom use.  It no longer requires people to use the public restroom that corresponds to the gender on their birth certificate, but changing rooms and bathrooms in public schools would still be impacted.  Sue Robbins with Equality Utah joins with insight.
