Can your work force you to get the vaccine before a return to the office?

Ethan Millard and Alex Kirry are back in the saddle as the guys discuss if businesses or airlines will require people to have the vaccine to get back to the office or to traveling. The question is, will your workplace allow you to come back without a vaccine or is it lawful to even ask workers if they've had the COVID-19 Vaccine.  Then, Ethan brings up a strange #zenheadline where one restaurant wants to avoid falling victim to the closures that have happened during the pandemic by promoting their place with a man spending 24 hours in a pool full of refried beans.  24-hours in a pool of beans?  Where do you go to the bathroom?  Oh, dear.
