JJ & Alex are on Day 2 of Big 12 media days live from Las Vegas. Today is more of a BYU day as the Cougars are making the rounds. BYU head coach Kalani Sitake joined the program as well to give his thoughts on Year 2 of the Big 12.

Also, joining the show is former BYU star Jimmer Fredette joined to talk about him being on Team USA for the 3x3 team for the Paris Olympics.

JJ and Alex features unique takes on the sports news of the moment.
