Georgia Tech Preview | Kelly Quinlan says this is the premier bowl match up outside of the CFP when Georgia Tech faces off against BYU

Kelly Quinlan, covers Georgia Tech athletics for Jackets Online, joins the program to preview the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets ahead of a Pop Tart Bowl match up with BYU.
