Utah State Senator Dan McCay, who was the lawmaker to propose the NHL bill this session, on officially obtaining the Arizona Coyotes

Utah's been preparing to welcome an NHL team to Salt Lake City well before the Coyotes were rumored to move here. 

A big part of that was a bill introduced this session to make it happen... we've been calling it the NHL bill.
