Now that today's hearing is over... the State Supreme Court gets to decide the fate of Amendment D.  The one that would let the legislature make changes to citizen-led ballot initiatives.

And it's not the only Amendment in Court today. We have team coverage... lawsuits over changing Utah's consitution.
