Multiple cities received an evacuation notice last night...due to the Rocky Canyon Fire. 

But a lot of those emergency notifications...were a mistake...caused by a glitch in the emergency management system. KSL TV's Annette Campbell has been following the story...and she joins me now LIVE with the latest.
