Major changes are coming to Southwest Airlines

For 50 years...Southwest Airlines has distinguished itself as a more relaxed airline, with an open-seating policy...but no more! Today its executives told investors that they're going to assigned seating next year...and it will offer premium seats with more legroom up front.
