It’s been 2 weeks since Utah’s primary election, and one race is still being counted. The close contest in District 2 will determine whether Colby Jenkins will replace Congresswoman Celeste Maloy. And while the race is close, Rep. Maloy maintains a lead. A judge struck down a lawsuit this morning filed by Colby Jenkins, we’ll cover what that lawsuit entails. Gubernatorial candidate Phil Lyman has also filed a lawsuit in the race against Spencer Cox. What do you need to know, and how will these lawsuits affect the election?
