Unaffordable housing – is it causing the American Dream to fade? 

Governor Spencer Cox recently said that he’s worried about affordable housing in Utah – to the point that he thinks the American Dream could fade away unless housing reform happens. At the same time, the federal government has announced an investment into building homes, including here in Utah.
