Ukrainian President and U.S. Vice President meet to discuss peace with Russia 

Ukrainian President Zelensky urged the United States to "not ... make any decisions about Ukraine without Ukraine." His warning came prior to his meeting with U.S. Vice President JD Vance at the Munich Security Conference today.
