The state of Utah’s budget 

One of the first action items in the state's legislative session is figuring out the budget -- how much money will there be available to spend on all the legislation lawmakers hope to pass? Appropriations committees have wrapped up now and the state's budget... isn't looking as positive as in previous years. Can lawmakers get their desired tax cuts with the state of the budget?
