On the Hill 2025: Previewing legislation on child abuse and torture amendments 

Several pieces of state legislation for the upcoming session look at ways to protect Utah’s children from abuse. One bill being introduced by State Senator Don Ipson would strengthen the punishments for people who commit child abuse and torture.
