Maura Carabello: Governor Cox Releases Budget Plan to Alleviate Homelessness

 

Last year, thousands of Utahns became homeless for the first time. And as we head into winter, their plight becomes even more top of mind. Today, Governor Spencer Cox announced an agreement with local governments to support a statewide approach and proposed investments that the legislature would have to approve. He joins the show to discuss his plan.
