1,500-page Continuing Resolution draft released; still needs to be voted on

A government shutdown may be avoided after all. Last night, a Continuing Resolution was released to Congress, hoping to avoid a government shutdown this Friday. The CR still needs to be voted on, and with only a couple days left, there could still be trouble. Also, at 1,500 pages, is it really a Continuing Resolution anymore?
