Then Megan opens up about meeting Vanessa Knickerbocker after she became a foster parent with her husband to Megan's boys, how the two created a special bond over time, and how Megan learned to survive outside of treatment with her boys living a sober lifestyle.

Lastly, we dive into how the two families have begun making memories together and why it's so important to focus on the reunification of families in foster care.
