BYU Shoots Up Newest Big 12 Power Rankings

Alex Kirry and Mitch Harper make their weekly BIG12 Power rankings after BYU gets a big win over Arkansas.  With losses for Kansas State, Oklahoma State (terrible loss) Baylor's lackluster performance, and Houston's current struggles, the bottom half performers feature programs that should be better while the mid-field teams are proving to be tougher than first thought.  Can Texas and Oklahoma stay on top of the poll for the rest of their final season in the conference?
