Underground railroads in SLC? Report shows potential cost and reward

Massive redevelopment plans are underway for Salt Lake City... now a new report suggests moving some of Salt Lake City's railroads underground... and it comes with a hefty price tag… but it could pay off for Salt Lake in economic growth.
