Idaho expands death penalty to pedophiles

According to the Deseret News, The state of Idaho recently passed a bill that would expand the death penalty to pedophiles, according to the Deseret News. The bill that has been signed into law, will grant a judge or jury the ability to factor in the death penalty when it comes to cases involving lewd conduct with a child under the age of twelve years old.
