A Utah lawmaker is pushing to reduce the number of signatures needed for someone to run for office in the state if they don't go through the convention system. The current number is 28,000 signatures. Representative Ray Ward wants to lower that number to 1,000. Rep. Ward joins the show to explain the legislation.
