Early Halloween shopping is on the rise, with 47% of survey participants beginning their shopping before October, according to the National Retail Federation’s annual survey conducted by Prosper Insights & Analytics. The figure is up from 37% reported in 2019. Halloween spending is expected to reach $11.6 billion, less than last year's record setting number of $12.2 billion. Cheri Preston, ABC News Anchor in New York joins D2 to discuss why Halloween decoration seems to show up earlier and earlier, and Dave and Debbie take calls answering, "Is there such a thing as too much Halloween?"
