Episode Description
There is now a difference of just 302 votes in the Republican Primary Election for Congressional District 2, with Celeste Maloy maintaining a razor thin (.28%) lead. According to Utah's Election Code, the losing candidate may file a request for a recount only if the race is equal to or less than .25%. Not enough of a difference, at this point, for Jenkins to request a recount... Brian Mckenzie, Davis County Clerk, talks with Dave and Morgan about how the recount process would look like and why signatures matter on your ballot.
